I’m a band/musician looking to sign up. How do I use EntertainUs.ie?
EntertainUs.ie helps international and local bands, artists and performers generate more bookings. By registering with us you’ll gain access to nationwide venues and events. In order to register, you’ll need to click on ‘Register Now’ and fill in the relevant details. We charge our entertainment acts a monthly or annual subscription fee as well as a €2 booking fee for each booking.

I’m registered on the site and want to hire a band for an event. What do I do?
Once you have signed up as a FREE member on our site, you can browse acts, shortlist your favorite and book the best one! For more detailed info visit our “how it works” page

I’m having issues creating my account. What will I do?

Can I pay my subscription via the Entertainus.ie website?
Yes. If you agree to our terms and conditions you can pay your subscription online. You can pay my credit/debit card or by PayPal. We promise your details will be kept securely.

What happens if I forget my password?
Click on ‘Forgot my password’ link on the login page and we’ll send you a link to reset your password. If you have any issues, get in touch with our customer support team.

I don’t want to renew my subscription. What do I do?
Billing cycles are set on a monthly or annual basis. At the end of each billing cycle, your subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you or we cancel it. You can cancel your subscription renewal either through your online account management page or by contacting our customer support team on 083 86 71919. You must cancel at least 48hrs before your renewal date

Is the booking fee refundable?
No. However, in the case that EntertainUs.ie is responsible for the error of a booking, we will refund any booking fees.

I booked a band on EntertainUs.ie and they didn’t turn up. What do I do?
Musicians and bands are solely responsible for attending any events that they are booked for. We recommend that you take a contact number for each booking. EntertainUs.ie take no responsibility for any band/musician that doesn’t turn up for an event. However, we would ask that you highlight any issues like this to our customer support team.

How do I get paid for my gig?
Once you have entered your payment details in your member area, the booking deposit (minus the booking fee) is paid directly into your specified account once a booking is confirmed. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the remaining balance is paid to each musician or act. EntertainUs.ie take no responsibility in any case where an artist/musician does not get paid. We recommend that you agree the fee in advance and arrange how full payment will be made. We would ask that you highlight any issues like this to our customer support team.
